Creand Life Comprehensive is an innovative life insurance policy that, in addition to providing cover for death and total and permanent disability, offers cover for the prevention of cancer and cardiovascular incidents.

- Creand Life Comprehensive is designed for people aged 18 to 55 (both included).
- It includes preventive care for the early detection of diseases such as cancer or cardiovascular problems, at no extra cost.
- Moreover, as we are aware of the importance of saving, the policy automatically returns 25% of the premiums paid from the date of taking out the policy when the insured person turns 65.
Advantages
The policy includes the following services, at no additional cost:

Screening for tumours (service only available to the insured) consisting of a specific blood test that identifies various tumour markers:
· For men: lungs, colon, liver and prostate.
· For women: lungs, colon, liver and breasts. -
The cardiocoaching scheme is carried out by specialised medical personnel and establishes the cardiovascular risk profile of the insured.
· This service is complemented by a medical assessment, in the event of any heart problem, with a view to preventing cardiovascular risks.
· By accessing a web portal, the insured may determine his/her cardiovascular risk profile and opt for medical advice by phone.
The results of both services are completely confidential and only the insured will have access to them.*
- * The insured is entitled, after being covered by the policy for one year, to request tumour screening and to request the service again every 3 years.
- * The insured is entitled, after being covered by the policy for one year, to request cardiological coaching and to request the service each year during the validity of the policy.
In the case of both tumour screening and cardiocoaching, the insured must request the service directly from the provider appointed by the insurer.

· 200.000 € - This is a policy for individuals.
- The existence of other life insurance policies will not affect the amounts payable under Creand Life Comprehensive policies.
- In the case of death or disability, the insurer will pay the compensation into an account that the beneficiary has designated in the policy or has opened with Creand.
- In the event of the total permanent disability of the insured, the beneficiary will be the insured himself/herself.
In the event of a claim
Beneficiaries must report the circumstances giving rise to the claim within 90 days from the date on which they occurred.
In the event of the total permanent disability of the insured, a medical certificate must be presented specifying the reason or illness causing the disability and a certificate from the CASS that specifies the percentage of disability.
In the event of the death of the insured, a death certificate from the Civil Registry must be presented.
In the event of a claim
Beneficiaries must report the circumstances giving rise to the claim within 90 days from the date on which they occurred.
