In the event of a claim
When sick leave is taken, a certificate issued by a registered doctor in Andorra must be submitted to Creand Assegurances within 30 days, declaring that the insured is totally and temporarily unfit for work. It must also:
- The accident, the illness and its causes, and if the treatment prevents him/her from doing the job.
- The description of the treatment.
- The date of the beginning of the incapacity for work.
- Prognosis of the duration of incapacity for work.
If sick leave continues for more than thirty days, the insured must send the insurer a medical certificate to this effect at intervals not exceeding thirty days.
Exclusion periods
