Creand Health Plus a life insurance policy with a health supplement covering part of the cost of medical treatment and operations not reimbursed by the CASS, whether through Via Preferent or not, on up to 100% of the CASS fee.

Characteristics
- Creand Health Plus is aimed at people between the ages of 18 and 55 who are registered as employed or voluntarily insured with the CASS, and normally use medical services affiliated to the CASS in Andorra or abroad. Family members may also be covered by this policy if they are the beneficiaries.
Advantages
- You can choose individual or family cover.
- In general terms, there are no restrictions on the number of visits.
- Policies contracted with Creand Assegurances Vida are valid for a lifetime, with modifications to the cover provided after the age of 70.
- The costs of hospitalisation (the part not covered by the CASS) at the Hospital de Nostra Senyora de Meritxell are processed directly by Creand Assegurances Vida and the Hospital.
- Notifications service: the policy includes this free service that informs the client, via SMS or email, each time a reimbursement is made on their insurance policy.
- Large branch network to present medical bills pending reimbursement.
- Using the e-mail address prestacions@creandvida.ad, you can send scanned bills directly to Creand Assegurances Vida.
- If your salary is paid directly into an account at Creand, you are entitled to a 10% discount on the premium for the first 6 months.

Medical directory
The policy includes access to a medical directory with coverage throughout Spain and over 45,000 professionals and 13,000 medical centres, including centres such as Teknon, Quiron, Dexeus and others.
Health Card – Medical Directory:
- The insured person will have a personal and non-transferable card with which they will be able to access a wide range of medical professionals and centres in the medical directory.
- This card offers the insured person the convenience of not having to pay anything upfront.
- For treatments, diagnostic tests, operations and hospitalisations, it is necessary to request authorisation by telephone in advance: +34 91 590 96 44.
Benefits
- Creand Health Plus offers cover for the reimbursement of medical, pharmaceutical and hospital expenses up to 100% of the amounts specified by the CASS for healthcare within and without Via Preferent (healthcare itinerary).
- Creand Health Plus also includes complementary cover for homeopathic medicine (diagnoses and treatment), treatment related to speech therapy, orthoptics (visual re-education), psychiatry, orthopaedics, internal dental and non-dental prostheses each calendar year and many other services.
- In the event of the death of the insured (between the ages of 18 and 70), Creand Health Plus pays the beneficiaries compensation of 6,000 euros.
- Up to 100% of the CASS fee in private centres.
