Creand Assistance Plus
Creand Assistance Plus provides for the reimbursement of medical expenses, limited to the Principality of Andorra, in accordance with Caixa Andorra de Seguretat Social (CASS) rates, subject to the limits established.

- The purpose of this cover is to reimburse medical expenses, limited to the Principality of Andorra, in accordance with the CASS liability rates and within the limits specified.
Advantages
- To contract this insurance, it is not mandatory to be insured by CASS.
- Broad coverage in medical expenses: Coverage up to 100% of the actual expense in Andorra.
- Notification service: the insurance company has this free service that informs the client, by e-mail or SMS, every time a reimbursement is made to the insurance company.
Medical directory
The policy includes access to a medical directory with coverage throughout Spain and over 45,000 professionals and 13,000 medical centres, including centres such as Teknon, Quiron, Dexeus and others.
Health Card – Medical Directory:
- The insured person will have a personal and non-transferable card with which they will be able to access a wide range of medical professionals and centres in the medical directory.
- This card offers the insured person the convenience of not having to pay anything upfront.
- For treatments, diagnostic tests, operations and hospitalisations, it is necessary to request authorisation by telephone in advance: +34 91 590 96 44.
Coverage limits:.
- Total reimbursement limit: 90,000 euros per policyholder per year.
- Hospital stay (room and board): 410 euros per day.
- ICU / ICU: 1,350 euros per day.
- Ambulance: 600 euros per insured person per year.
- Dentistry: 600 euros per insured person per year.
- Congenital diseases in children (only the 1st year): 6,000 euros.
- Internal prostheses: 3,500 euros per insured person per year.
- Acute processes: 15 sessions.

Exclusion periods
- For an accident or vital emergency illness covered by the policy there is no waiting period.
- For surgical interventions and/or hospitalization, there is a waiting period of 3 months.
- For pregnancy and delivery care, as well as swimming assistance, the waiting period will be 10 months.
- For special treatments and diagnostic tests: 6 months.
