Creand Life Mortgage Financing is a life insurance policy which, in the event of the death or total and permanent disability of the insured person, pays compensation equivalent to the mortgage debts insured that the insured person has in bank accounts with Creand Crèdit Andorrà at the time of the claim.

In the event of a claim
Beneficiaries must report the circumstances giving rise to the claim within 90 days from the date on which they occurred.
In the event of the total permanent disability of the insured, a medical certificate must be presented specifying the reason or illness causing the disability and a certificate from the CASS that specifies the percentage of disability.
In the event of the death of the insured, a death certificate from the Civil Registry must be presented.
